characters can be controlled using the touch screen feature on the DS. This
allows you to control all of the main characters and sometimes the other ones
too. You can select the button combinations for each character in the game to
allow Mario and Luigi to have an adventure thatno other Mario game has ever
had. You can also fight alongside the other Mario characters if you so desire.
If you want to make Mario and Luigi more
powerful, you can add special moves to your two heroes in the form of Super
Mario costumes. These can be worn at any time or whenever you want, regardless
of whether you are playing a game or not. The costumes will give your hero a
bit of extra boost when you are ready to battle. They can be changed when you
are on the level select screen or when you start a new game.
The controls for Mario and Luigi are really
simple and easy to learn. If you are playing online with others, you can use
the control panel to link your two Mario characters. Also, the stage select
feature works best with two players.
